Don’t be someone who targets generally everyone and anyone. Find out what makes you unique. Then, attract your niche market. Whether you’re the go-to expert on certain neighborhoods, or you’re niche is selling luxury celebrity properties, be specific about your specialties.

Maybe you’re bilingual and can serve clients who speak Farsi or Korean. Maybe you have skills in multi-media marketing. Perhaps your targeting a certain niche price range.

Whatever that special edge is, make sure your highly specialized market is part of your marketing strategy.
