‘Tis the Season to Be Exercising!

Did you know that low fitness is the highest predictor of death? –Higher than obesity, smoking, hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Now that’s a great reason to get moving!

Nothing makes a better first impression than the glow from taking care of your health. Spend 30 minutes a day to walk or exercise to boost your overall health. It’s a FREE investment and the rewards are amazing. It’s time to feel great about yourself.

  1. Great video and it makes so much sense…exercise is one of the keys to a healthier, better overall, way of life. My friends often wonder why they keep getting sick or why they’re so brittle at 27 years of age. I keep telling them to get up and do something about it. Hopefully, they will eventually take heed and take their life back.
